Dr. Sydney Tyson is a board certified ophthalmologist who has performed thousands of procedures over the course of his career. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, MA. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Tyson has lectured at many national and international conferences and is a contributing editor for Evidence Based Eye Care, a journal for Ophthalmologists, since 1998. He is an Attending Surgeon, on the Board of Directors, and serves as Treasurer for Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service, Ltd. at Wills Eye Hospital where he lectures and teaches surgery to its residents.
